All orders are shipped within 48 hours on business days. A notification email will be sent with tracking number when the order has shipped.
Worldwide shipping cost varies and are calculated when the order is complete. All domestic packages are sent via USPS First Class mail and typically arrive within 3-5 days.
All international packages are shipped via USPS First Class mail and typically arrive within 10-15 working days, depending on the destination.
We are not responsible for the quality of the postal service in your country. Sometimes it may take few more days for the customs in your country to clear the package. In case you have a delay of your order, don't hesitate to contact us and we will try to investigate the cause of the delay.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
The order is shipped to the address tied to your PayPal account. We are not responsible for returned packages due to wrong address.
Due to the exclusivity of our items, we do not accept any returns. Color and texture variations are natural for genuine stones. Please, look at the detailed pictures provided for each item. Most of the items are one of a kind pieces and cannot be exchanged. Email us with any questions before placing your order.
